The association should try to endorse accurate representation of its members rather than neighborhood politicos.
Your site rep accurately represents the teachers for your site. Please make sure you keep in contact with your representatives, so you can familiarize yourself with these customary political processes that directly affect your classroom operations. Site reps can inform you as to how and when this process was voted by them.
